We understand that a lot of software companies charge setup, or onboarding, fees to get things started. At Parish.es we're primarily motivated to get our helpful tool into the hands of as many parishes as possible.
So we're offering free setup to our new customers (a $300 value).
We'll help move your page content, images, and contact information to your new Parish.es site for free. And then we'll make sure you're confident managing your content after launch.

Do you provide customer support?

Can I use my own domain?
We will set you up with a temporary domain on Parish.es, e.g. yourparishname.parish.es. However, you can also use a custom domain that you own for your primary URL.
How long does it take to set up my new website?
Setting up your Parish.es template is quick and easy. You can launch your new website in a matter of minutes.
Building out the template and adding all your individual content and personal touches takes as much time as you'd like to spend. Don’t forget, we're offering free setup assistance to new customers — so take advantage!
Do I still need web hosting?
If you already have a website, you're probably paying for web hosting (e.g., through GoDaddy, Network Solutions, or another vendor). Parish.es is an all-in-one platform — so you can probably cancel your web hosting and save some money!
Will this affect my email?
Parish.es is not an email server. If you have domain-based email like firstname.lastname@example.org your email is controlled by MX records stored in your domain DNS. Those settings are different from the settings that control which website your domain name points to. So there is no reason you would have to change your email service because you use the Parish.es website platform.
